Uptime Guarantee
24-7 Webs Inc. will refund the customer 200% of the
value of the time of service interruption (up to 100% of your monthly
fee) for server or network downtime which exceeds 00.1%
in any given 30 day period. Network downtime is measured
from the time the network is 100% unreachable, until
service is once again restored. In order to request a
performance credit, you must email
within 5 days of service interruption. Applications will be reviewed
by our personnel Monday – Friday
during normal business hours.
Refunds are non-cumulative and
payable only to account holders
whose account is in good
standing.

Exclusions: The following are
excluded from the monthly
calculation of Service
Availability:
Scheduled downtime
Problems outside of the NOC
networks (upstream providers, or
client’s inbound connection)
Interruptions or failure of
individual service caused by
client, their employees,
client’s customers, etc. to
their service. These include
inaccurate configuration, 3rd
party software, client abuse or
over utilization of resources,
hacked servers, attacks, or
exploits.
Clients use of IP's to connect
to the internet which may be
blocked by our firewalls
Server or NOC network hardware
failures.
As we monitor and graph
server performance 24 hours per
day, the final determination of
downtime is at our exclusive and
sole discretion. |
